At Kandy Farms, we are committed to delivering fresh, organically grown mangosteens harvested with care. As with all natural produce, occasional variations may occur — including internal brown spots, which are a normal characteristic of mangosteens and generally do not affect taste or quality.

However, if you believe the fruits you received are not up to our standards, we are here to help. Please review the policy below for reporting and resolving product-related concerns.

1. Reporting an Issue
a. Fruit Quality Concerns

If any fruits appear spoiled, excessively damaged, or unfit for consumption, you may report the issue through our Contact Us page.

When submitting the form, please upload clear photos showing the condition of the affected fruit(s).

b. Courier or Packaging Damage

If the issue seems to be caused by courier handling or packaging problems, please upload photos of:

  • The outer packaging as received
  • The affected fruits inside

All complaints must be submitted exclusively via the Contact Us page, where image uploads are supported.

2. Submission Timeline
  • Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Due to the perishable nature of fruits, issues reported after 24 hours cannot be accommodated.
3. Resolution Process

Once your submission and photos are received, our team will carefully evaluate the evidence provided.

If the claim is found valid, we will issue a proportionate replacement depending on the situation.

Please note: Refunds are not offered, only replacements.

4. Important Notes
  • Organic fruits may naturally vary in appearance. Minor imperfections or internal brown spots are not considered defects and are not eligible for compensation.
  • Kandy Farms reserves the right to make the final decision on the validity of all claims based on the information and images submitted.
