You can also check the small crown at the top; if it’s easy to remove, the fruit is ripe and ready to eat. The flesh inside should be white, juicy, and segmented.

What is Rambutan, and how does it taste?

Rambutan is an exotic tropical fruit known for its bright red spiky skin and juicy flesh. It tastes sweet with a hint of floral acidity—similar to litchi but richer and creamier.

How is Rambutan different from Litchi or Longan?

While all three fruits belong to the same family, Rambutan has a thicker, hairy skin and a more creamy, sweet flavour. Litchi is more floral, and Longan is milder and honey-like.

Do you deliver across India?

We deliver Mangosteen to all corners of India. However, please note that in rare cases, delivery may be delayed or unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances such as climate conditions, political disruptions, or if the delivery location is in a remote or inaccessible area. We strive to ensure timely delivery and will keep you informed of any such delays.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver freshly harvested Mangosteen within 2–5 days of your order, depending on your location.

Do you charge for delivery?

There is no delivery charge.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Absolutely! You can pre-order to ensure timely delivery during the Mangosteen season (March end – August ).

Mangosteen is available from April to August, the peak season for this delightful fruit.

How fresh is the fruit upon delivery?

Our Mangosteens are harvested fresh and delivered directly to your doorstep without any storage or delay.

What should I do if some fruits arrive damaged?

Please take photos immediately of the affected upon opening and contact us. We will resolve it with replacement as per our policy.

Do you offer refunds or replacements for spoiled fruit?

Yes. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives spoiled, we provide a replacement only for affected fruits after reviewing the issue.
